Job Title :
Business Strategy
Roles :
·    Prepare long term financial projections for various upcoming school projects and evaluate the feasibility on basis of certain capital budgeting parameters.
·    Construct dynamic financial models and perform scenario analysis.
·    Develop AOP – annual operating plan & 5 year business plan (rolling forecast model).
·    Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the business head and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
·    Perform market (desk/field) study in order to drive the strategy for the business.
·    Participate in implementation of approved school projects.
·    Finalize the chart of accounts for the school business and coordinate with the accounts team to finalize the P&L on a monthly basis.
·    Monitor the actual financials against budgeted. Identify the variance and suggest corrective measures.

Qualifications :
·    Good understanding of Business and Finance (Competencies - Skills, Knowledge & Attitude)
·    Planning and monitoring skills
·    Knowledge of Annual and Long term Budgeting Process and review
·    Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
·    Strategic Thinking
·    Command over MS Office (Excel, Power point)


Job Title :
Assistant Manager
Roles :
·    Drafting and review of legal documents
·    · Drafting legal opinions on issues raised by management and other departments
·    · Follow up on litigation
·    · Assistance to lodge Police Complaints & follow up
·    · Research and analyze implications of case laws, legislations, and regulatory matters that affect the company.
·    · Document control & management of legal documents
·    · Manage the overall work flow and ensure timely response is sent to in-coming emails
·    · Other duties as requested by the Head of the department

Qualifications :
·    Minimum 3/4 years' experience in a similar role in oil & gas industry.
·    · Location – UAE & Singapore
·    · Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
·    · Good research and drafting skills
·    · Excellent Knowledge of UAE laws.
·    · Must have excellent communication skills.
·    · Excellent command of the English and Arabic languages (litigation documents).
·    · IT Skills Required: MS Word (Expert); MS Excel; MS Outlook
